1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://www.elivapress.com/, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Eliva Press's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

2. Further, Eliva Press does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Eliva Press or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Eliva press's website, even if Eliva press or a Eliva press authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on Eliva press's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Elivapress does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Eliva press may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Eliva press does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Eliva Press has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Eliva press of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

Eliva Press may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Moldova and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

9. Prices

The book prices are set in US Dollar and Euro to show economic value of the product. You can find the same prices in distributor stores.  However, the currency of payment for Moldovan customers is Moldovan Leu. 10. Delivery Terms

For the printed book that are in stock, the delivery will be performed in the next working day from the moment when the customer completed and paid the order.

For Print-on-Demand orders, they will be sent for printing n the next working day from the moment when the customer completed and paid the order. Once the order is printed it will be delivered immediately using the shipping method selected by the customer.

Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. The maximum delivery period should not exceed 30 days from the moment when the order was paid.

Eliva Books does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.

Right of Return

Eliva Books will receive and solve any claims from its customers in a period that should not exceed 14 days from the moment when the customers notified Eliva Books about the non-conformity of the ordered product. In case of reimbursement, the customers will be reimbursed in the same day when the non-conform product will be received by Eliva Books, via the same payment method as was used initially. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice and a completed and signed returns coupon.

We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.

For reimbursements

If the product is returned within 14 days of its delivery, the User will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially.

Non-refundable services 

Certain Services may be non-refundable. Non-refundable services are: Premium Publishing Packages Service(Basic, Advantage, Advantage Pro, Premium, Premium Pro, Ultimate, Ultimate Pro, Booksellet, Bestseller), graphic design service, cover design service, formatting service, peer review service, delivery service, Advertisement service, Author's website service, Manuscript/book cover revision service.
