Rear Admiral Dr. Khandakar Akhter Hossain, NUP, ndc, psc, PhD, was commissioned into the Engineering Branch of Bangladesh Navy on 01 January 1991. He has completed his BSc. and MSc. Engineering in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.
