Faratiana

Faratiana Mercia is a law student at the Université d'Antananarivo, Madagascar, specializing in public international law and human rights. She is the founder of MR Institute, where she develops governance-diagnostic frameworks for anti-trafficking policy, and serves as Partnerships and Projects Officer for the Human Rights Commission of Club CPO AEDM. Her research focuses on victim protection, institutional accountability, and data-driven approaches to human rights governance.
