Prof. Emmanuel Tweneboah Senzu, is a monetary economist with a special study interest in structural macroeconomic management design of fragile economies into productive industrial hubs, relying on appropriate investment policies and laws for the emerging economic market of Africa. He is a professor of Economics, Finance and Banking Law at the University of Makeni, School of Social Sciences and Humanities, Sierra Leone. The current elected President of Frederic Bastiat Institute, Africa, a Think Tank and a Research Institute.  A distinguish fellow to West Africa Monetary Institute, based in Ghana. A member of the World Economic Association based in Bristol, the United Kingdom, and a fellow of the South Africa- National Academy of Science, Pretoria.
Fellow of International Federation of Technical Analysts- Maryland, USA.  Member of Turkish Economic Association, Ankara, Turkey. Member of the Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa, Dakar, Senegal. Member of Africa Economic Research Consortium, Mebank Tower, Nairobi, Kenya.  He is an adjunct professor to the University of Management and Technology, Freetown, SL. Serving in a varied technical capacity, in the field of Economics-Finance, Risk Analyst and Policy design advisor, of some of the Public and Private Institutions within the ECOWAS community and other regions of Africa.
