Ssali

Ssali Ismail is a social researcher, an entrepreneur, an early childhood and development specialist. He holds a master’s degree in Development Studies from Institute of Technology Bandung in Indonesia and a bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Makerere University, Kampala/Uganda. He has authored and published different articles on Governance and food insecurity in Uganda, Environmental management in Uganda with key focus on Environment Impact Assessment, Implementation and enforcement of the ban on plastic bags, and also informal settlements and the threat they pose to Uganda’s realization of Sustainable development.
He has worked with both urban and rural communities especially through local and international development Non-Government Organizations, Government institutions in central and other regions of Uganda in the fields of training, data management and social research.
