Todd Clark has served in multiple roles within the criminal justice system including as a Police Officer, as a Corrections Officer and as a Parole Agent. He currently serves as a Deputy District Director for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections Parole Field Services. Prior to his service in the criminal justice system, Todd Clark served in the United States Marines Corps. He was deployed to Iraq three times and he received an honorable discharge in 2009. Todd Clark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Crime, Law and Justice from The Pennsylvania State University, a Master of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Wilmington University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Wilmington University. Todd Clark’s research focuses on reducing recidivism among people released from prison. Todd Clark has previously been published in the Journal of Community Corrections.
