Description

The Morphodynamic Architecture of the Classifier–Noun Relationship is a high-novelty, high-impact monograph proposing a new formal architecture for nominal modification. Its central claim is simple but far-reaching: classifier nouns reclassify identity because Mod1 alone has the morphodynamic depth required to cross the Ordinate boundary. From this one principle, the book derives compound regimes, acquisition order, processing predictions, D-lock effects, and diachronic stability. The result is a unified theory of the classifier–noun relation that is formal, falsifiable, empirically testable, and computationally implementable. The book’s strongest promise is that it does not merely add another analysis of noun–noun compounds. It proposes a new way of thinking about linguistic structure itself: grammar as a system of morphodynamic fields, boundary conditions, and recoverable operator relations
