Description

Concrete printing technology has developed rapidly as a disruptive innovation recent decade. Consequently, concrete printing brings along many advantages and many challenges. The mixture proportion design and the printing process are relatively sensitive and crucial for the preparation of concrete printing, among many challenges. Therefore, this study deals with five major topics: (1) overview of the development of the concrete printing technology, especially in Vietnam; (2) the developed generations of concrete printers, (3) the mix design approach for cement-based materials, (4) laboratory testing, and (5) Printing quality of visual appearance.
