Description

This work is based upon the reservation system in education and jobs in India that was created for the benefit of minority, deprived and oppressed section of people of India that was created during the drafting of the Constitution of India so that they could compete with the elite and general section of society and strive to achive equality in the society. Even after 70 years this system was introduced the Reservations have been bumped upto 50% and even more in some instances and yet still India has not achived equality and it has become a tool in the hands of Politicians to gain vote banks. Reservation is not the only way to achieve equallity. The goal of equality inscribed in constitution can only be realised when there is significant reduction of reservation system.
