Description

This book takes you into the journey of discovery of energy quantization that emerge naturally in simulations using classical mechanics for individual atoms. For the first time in human history, full atom simulation with protons, neutrons, and electrons were simulated (called as "Subatomic Particle Simulations") by applying molecular dynamics algorithms and Monte Carlo algorithms to subatomic particles. This book takes you into the journey of research study of how "Subatomic Particle Simulations" were developed for protons, neutrons, electrons and simulating a stable atom along with these particles. Explains in detail of how "Subatomic Interactions Potentials", an alternative to Coulomb potentials, were developed in this research study. These pure classical simulations on further analysis reveal energy quantization property.   New perspective on subatomic particles was presented in this book that gives reader to look a different view towards protons, neutrons, and electrons in an atom. "Sahasrara Research" initiator (Dr. Shanmuga Venkatesan) during his PhD studies in 2013, invented a new theory that proton and electron repels at femtometer scale in inside the atom and have attraction at larger distances. This new theory lead to development of “Subatomic Particle Simulations” and model "Subatomic Interaction Potentials (SIP)", explained here in detail.   This book explains how "Subatomic Particle Simulations" were developed by placing protons, neutrons, and electrons in a simulation box that forms nucleus dynamics at center of the box with electrons distributed around it. New pseudo potentials (Subatomic Interaction Potentials (SIP)) were applied to subatomic particles as applying Coulomb potentials results in atom deformation.   Simulation videos QR codes were given in this book for Hydrogen atom, Carbon atom, Hydrogen molecule, Oxygen molecule and Uranium atom of MD and MC simulations.
