Description

The World is entangled in a mess of serious Climate Change crises, with global warming taking the front burner causing heat waves, droughts, wild fires, floods, melting icebergs, and depleting the ozone layer, thereby putting human lives at risk. Various climate financing options were being proposed by stakeholders on how to cushion the effects of the environmental disaster that is currently threatening to engulf the entire Earth, but there appear serious challenges in the realization and access to the funds. This paper tries to interrogate those challenges, and how the countries adversely affected by the brunt of climate change can access the funds to navigate across the climate change catastrophes.
