The Development of an IOT-based door access control Via web application entails the remote monitoring technology which confirm visitor identity and to control Door accessibility has been reported in this study. Smart home security control system has become indispensable in daily life. Over the years, house owners find it difficult to curb the rate of theft and burglary which was initiated by arm robbers in breaking through their homes. The footage of such incidents cannot be found anywhere and hence those culprits cannot be brought to book. It was a major challenge for aged parents to be taken proper care of, in the absence of other people. This study describes the implementation and deployment of an internet based camera control ystem and accessibility restriction into a home environment for authenticated people only. The system features the use of ESP32 CAM board for streaming video through the use of a non- tatic IP-address protocol to connected android devices for video correspondence. A web application with buttons to enable remote opening and closing from anywhere in the world has also been designed in the work.
