Dr. Fredian and Dr. Emmanuel are both lecturers at MIchael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike Abia state Nigeria. They are both experts in the field of soil, water and air management as well as Impact assessment. They both hold Doctorate degree in Environmental Management with several publications in the field credited to them.
