Marc

Marc Vatter is an energy economist working for the New Hampshire Consumer Advocate.  He entered the field in 1988, testifies as an expert witness, and writes for scholarly and industry publications.  He also enjoys time with family and friends, plays rock music, swims, and goes to church.
