She has an academic/research experience of 19 years and 28 years, guided 10 Ph.Ds./12 M.Phils and supervising 3 Ph. D scholars, a member of  DC / BOS and Reviewer.     25 lectures as resource person,  56 research articles in reputed journals, 382 citations, 7 book chapters,  participation in 172 conferences, 140 presentations are her credit. Her abroad visits include, Bangkok, Melbourne and Sydney. 2 Major Research Projects (DRDO, UGC, New Delhi),   3 Minor Research Projects (IEDC Ahmedabad, UGC, SERO Hyderabad, UBA – MHRD) had been completed. She is proud recipient of many awards including Young Women Scientist Awards from Department of Higher Education, Government of Tamil Nadu, Best Researcher/Best Scientist/ Outstanding Faculty in Science,Dr. APJ Kalam Aw
