Oluwatoyin A.

Dr. Oluwatoyin Adenike Adeyemo-Salami is currently a senior faculty of the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences of the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. Her research focus is medicinal plants and Nutritional Biochemistry with a keen interest in nutrigenomics and nutrigenetics. 
She has conducted studies on medicinal plants which include investigating the ameliorative potential of Paullinia pinnata Linn. leaves and the biological activities of the root bark of Anthocleista nobilis and Anthocleista vogelli. She is a professional member of the Nigerian Chemical Society and a member of other learned societies, including Biochemical Society (UK). She is a recipient of several awards, honours, distinctions, prizes and grants institutionally, nationally and internationally, and has co-authored several publications, including writing a book chapter.
