Adília

Adília Mendonça da Costa e Silva Gaspar, was born on March 3, 1985, in the city of Tômbwa, old Porto Alexandre, Nmibe´s Province - Angola. Every childhood was in the city of Tômbwa. In 2004, Moved to the Lubango´s city, province of Huíla - Angola, to pursue a degree in management at the Faculty of Economics at Agostinho Neto University. Becomes a professor at the Faculty of Economics at the Mandume Ya Ndemufayo University in 2010. From 2012 to 2014 did Master degree in Management and Industrial Strategy at the Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (ISEG) at Lisbon University. The dissertation was on the assessment of quality in air transport. The study was aimed at passengers of TAAG - Air carrier of Angola.
In 2016 started PhD in Management also at ISEG. Right now, I´m waiting for the evaluation of the thesis for defense. Currently, I am professor at the Mandume Ya Ndemufayo University
