Mr. Mohammad Javid Gholam has completed his M.Sc. in Food Science from the School of Vocational Studies and Applied Sciences at GBU, where he developed a strong foundation in the principles of food processing, safety, and nutrition. During his academic journey, Mr. Gholami has actively participated in laboratory-based research and coursework related to food chemistry, functional foods, and emerging food technologies.
