Dr. B. Sankar Naik is presently serving as Head & Associate Professor in the Department of MBA at Viswam Engineering College, Madanapalle - 517325, Andhra Pradesh State, India. He has awarded Ph.D with the Functional area of HR from Department of Management Studies, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, A.P State, India in the year 2019. He holds Ph.D, MBA, B.Tech, A.P SET. 
He has dynamic professional with 16 Years of field experience. He has published more than 20 papers in reputed National and International Journals with high impact factor and also presented papers in many conferences. He has the Editorial / Reviewer Board member of more than 5 Inter National Journals. He has enriched his exposure by attending Faculty Development Programmers (FDP’s) organized by the Universities and other reputed Institutions. He has organized national conferences and Internal Management Events.
