Klodian

Klodian Lipa was born in 1983 in Kavaje, Albania. He is certified from National Training Center of General Directorate of Republic Guard. In the same time he is student in Faculty of Law of Aleksander Moisiu University. His fields of research are in law, human rights and national security.
