Dr. Mehul S. Dave, Head & Assistant Professor, Physics, NVPAS (CVMU), specializes in nanomaterials, thin films, and semiconductor devices with 28 international publications and one Ph.D. guided. Dr. Dhananjay Dhruv, Assistant Professor, Physics, NVPAS, has completed two projects, guided one Ph.D., and published 38 papers in materials and device research. Dr. Shital Patel, Assistant Professor, Chemical Sciences, NVPAS, works on synthesis, characterization, and interdisciplinary chemical research.
