The Author, Ekenobi ThankGod Chinonso, is a law student of the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State Nigeria. He has written numerous articles on diverse area of law and has also participated in numerous Essay and Article writing competitions. In 2021, his submission made top10 list in the Harlem Solicitors'National Essay Competition. Same Year also, he won the Young Lawyers Mentoring Club's Articles Competition.
