Miss Jaya Upraity is a dedicated researcher and academician in the field of Food Science and Nutrition, currently affiliated with the Department of Food Science and Technology at G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Uttarakhand, where she contributes to teaching. Her research work centers around the development of gluten-free functional foods using indigenous millets, addressing the growing concerns of gluten intolerance, celiac disease, and nutritional deficiencies.
