Rose Ephraim

Rose Matete is a seniour lecturer at the University of Dodoma in Tanzania. She works under the College of Education and she teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Comparative and International Education. Matete's research and professional interests focus on educational leadership, teachers' professionalism and accountability and gender in education.
