Mubarak Mohammed Omer Abbaker is a Sudanese lawyer and legal researcher specializing in international humanitarian law and international legal issues related to armed conflicts. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Law from the University of Sinnar, graduating with Excellent distinction. His research interests include civilian protection, emerging military technologies, autonomous weapons, and the application of international humanitarian law in contemporary conflicts.
