John D.

Dr John D. Young has served as Head of the Department of Strategic Studies at the Royal Military College at Saint-Jean, International Chair of the War Studies Working Group of the International Society of Military Sciences, and Chair of the Military and Strategic Studies Program at the Royal Military College of Canada, where he is a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Political Science and Economics.
