Bindiya

Dr. Bindiya Gupta holds over 19 years of vast experience in academia, training and industry. She is a keen learner and loves reading and writing on diverse topics.  Dr. Gupta has done her Ph.D. in Management and her thesis title was 'Impact of Mentoring on Job Satisfaction among Bank employees'. Her research work, including case studies, has been published in reputed national and international journals. Her research work covers topics like mentoring, employee branding, contemporary HR practices, sustainable business practices, entrepreneurship etc. Dr. Gupta has also been invited to conduct webinars and FDP’s by reputed academic institutes and as a reviewer for case study by Emerald publishing. She has received several awards/honours for her performance, team handling and research in corporate and academia.
