Hayat

Hayat El Adraoui is a Professor of Strategy and Human Resource Management at Groupe ISCAE, Morocco. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from Hassan II University of Casablanca and has over fourteen years of professional HR experience, including at OCP Group and OFPPT. Her research combines academic rigor with field experience, focusing on Human Resource Management, organizational development, and people management in the Moroccan context.
