João

João Coelho is an enthusiast for medical technology and digital health, and with interest in implementing new solutions that benefit the quality of life of society.
He holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Porto - School of Engineering. 
With a great interest in programming, during his professional experience he worked in healthcare companies such as First Solutions and ALERT Life Sciences Computing, currently working at Generix Group, being responsible for the automatic tests of the All-in-one platform and the team that develops them. 
Inspired by his interests and the companies he attended, as his master's thesis he decided to integrate the SMART-HEALTH-4-ALL project, promoted by the Health Cluster Portugal (HCP), whose purpose was to create a system capable of helping to prevent the appearance of foot ulcers in diabetics.
