Kingsley

Kingsley Asemota is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), finance professional and qualified mathematics teacher in  the UK. He holds an MSc in Business Administration, PGCE in Mathematics Education and a BSc in Banking and Finance. Drawing on experience in banking, financial management and education, his research explores workplace behaviour, employee performance and organisational culture. He is passionate about leadership, respectful workplaces and building organisations where people can thrive.
