Syed Hassan Zulfiqar is a Criminologist. He graduated from the Jerry Lee Center and Department of Criminology at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, USA. At Penn, he had the honor to study and do research under the supervision of some of the most notable Criminologists in the world, including Dr. Greg Ridgeway, Dr. Adrian Raine and Dr. Aaron Chalfin. His research, works, expertise and interests are in Criminology and specializes predominantly in the domains of Counter-Terrorism (CT), Preventing/Countering Violent Extremism (P/CVE), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Combating Financing of Terrorism (CFT). He has authored several books and his research is widely published and cited. He is also a member of the American Society of Criminology and British Society of Criminology.
