Dr Vishal Kulkarni is a Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in the Indian Armed Forces, and has been enriching himself in the profession in all terrains and trends since 2009. He has excelled and continues to excel and advance in the field of OMFS both clinically and academically, as he firmly believes that “Change is the only constant” and the profession is growing in leaps and bounds. Dr Kulkarni has carved a niche in his profession by achieving excellence in academics. He has been awarded Gold and Silver Medal in Course ending exam from the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. He has  cleared Fellowship exams in the Indian Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Internal board certification for specialists of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He has been conferred the degree of Member of Faculty of Dental surg by Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow
