Alexander Tsesis has also published articles on a variety of subjects, including constitutional theory, legal history, freedom of speech, civil liberties, women’s rights, and welfare programs. His most recent book, Free Speech in the Balance was published by Cambridge University Press. He holds the D’Alemberte Distinguished Chair in Constitutional Law at the Florida State University College of Law.
