Moses Muhindo

Moses Muhndo Kibalirwandi, the author of this monograph, “The Altruism of Migdad Saad to the Global Community: Education accessibility in low Resource Economies, Quality Assurance and Food Security” is a PhD candidate whose graduation is delayed because of his financial incapacities to privately sponsor his education since senior two class as an orphan. He has diligently served as a teacher in the primary school, secondary school and for 13 years as a lecturer in the university. He qualified as a primary school teacher, secondary school teacher and has served for 27 years. In the absence, of the sponsor a youth or an adult can still make it and acquire higher education using the personal abilities with help from God! Kibalirwandi has served as authored a number of articles on quality assurance policy, the proponent of “The Polygon Peace theory”, he coined a concept of “anthropoanagogy” which explains the teaching process in universities and colleges since children are in primary and secondary schools where “pedagogy” apply without “polemic meaning. He presents an argument that historical lexicon entry of the concept “Pedagogy” negatively present slave-master relationship to the bearer. He is an upcoming researcher and keynote speaker who appreciates individual’s contribution to national development. His hobby and interested carried him into national politics in 2021 general elections as Migdad Saad was once carried into National Politics in 1994.
