Lulzime

Lulzime Ballazhi, born in 1980, in Kichevo, north Macedonia. She completed primary school in Kichevo, high school in Tetovo, majoring in medicine. She studied Pharmacy at the University of Tetova, where she received the degree of graduated Pharmacist in 2005. She started her doctoral studies in 2011, at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje, and graduated in 2017, receiving the title PhD of Pharmaceutical Sciences. During her doctoral studies, she was a two-month scientific guest at the Institute of Pharmacology, University of Bern, Switzerland, where she worked on a part of her doctoral dissertation. From 2005 to 2010 she worked in pharmacy as a pharmacist. From 2010 until today she's been working at the University of Tetova, initially as a young assistant, while now assistant professor, in the subjects of pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, interactions between drugs.
