Qihao

Qihao He is the Associate Professor at the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and the Deputy Director, China-America Law Institute (CUPL), specializing in insurance law, environmental law, comparative law, and law & economics. 

He received his LL.B & LL.M. degree with honors at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in China, and LL.M. & S.J.D in Insurance Law with honors from the University of Connecticut Law School in the U.S.
He is a visiting scholar/ professor at the University of Pennsylvania & Boston College Law School, National University of Singapore Faculty of Law, and University of Zagreb in Croatia.
