There are two research that being shared in this book, both had relation to Industry 4.0. The development of Industry 4.0 is based on third Industrial Revolution which marked by the rapid improvement of Information Technology (IT), electronics and digitalization that consist of Internet of Things (IoT), Cyber Physical System (CPS) and Internet of Services (IoS) that create Smart Factory. Industry 4.0 concept is causing significant impact to the industrial sector and usually already applicable in developed countries such as Germany, USA, and Japan, mostly by the larger enterprises. However, it is quite challenging for the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) to implement the same. The first study is related to the implementation of digitalization / Industry 4.0 in a practical way in Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in two countries, Hungary and Indonesia. However, the second talked about driver and barrier factors of Industry 4.0 in application to the organization of SMEs. These studies will contribute academically to provide an actual presentation for digitalization / Industry 4.0 in SMEs. On the other hand, in practical implication, the study provides useful guidelines for practitioners take decision based on how SMEs facing digitalization and Industry 4.0.
