It was investigated whether or not FeNp had an effect on osteoblast-like cells (MG63) in terms of cell attachment and survivability, morphological traits, particle absorption, and antibacterial activities.
The effects of FeNp cellular uptake as well as their reactions to subcellular push were studied using fluorescent microscopy.
The FeNp modified titanium Custom Ti chamber was antimicrobial against S aureus with a minimum inhibitory concentration of 0.03135 mg/mL and E coli with a minimum inhibitory concentration of 0.02915 mg/mL, with a P-value of (0.027).

CONCLUSION
Combining an external field with FeNp has the potential to improve osteogenesis by increasing cell sensitization and allowing for the remote delivery of biomechanical stimulation at the molecular level.
In addition, this management strategy enables localised delivery and retention, which may improve the efficacy of tissue regeneration therapy and antibacterial activity while simultaneously minimising adverse effects on tissues in the surrounding area.
