This book uses geophysical, hydrogeological, and hydrogeochemical methods to give an integrated study of groundwater resources in the Doiwala Block, Dehradun District, Uttarakhand. Through the use of multivariate statistical techniques, hydrochemical analysis, Dar-Zarrouk parameters, vertical electrical sounding (VES), and the Water Quality Index (WQI), it investigates aquifer features, groundwater potential, and quality. In the Himalayan foothills, the results offer important information for groundwater research, aquifer characterization, water quality evaluation, and sustainable groundwater resource management.
