Barnabas

Dr. Barnabas Hatson Mwashambwa is a Senior Legal Officer at the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC) and an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Dodoma and an LL.M. from the University of Aberdeen, and brings over a decade of hands-on experience in navigating major energy deals, including the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) and Production Sharing Agreements.
