Ajaykumar

Dr. Ajaykumar Dharmireddy is an Associate Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering with more than 15 years of teaching, . He holds a Ph.D. in Device Modeling and an M.E. in VLSI Design. He has published over 35 papers in SCIE, Web of Science, and Scopus-indexed journals and has authored the book Device Modeling and Characterization of Hybrid Devices. His research interests include semiconductor device modeling, VLSI design, AIoT, and machine learning applications.
