Dr. Edgar D’Souza is an academician, researcher, author, and hospitality professional with over three decades of experience spanning higher education, hospitality management, tourism studies, and industry leadership. He currently serves as the Officiating Principal of the Goa College of Hospitality and Culinary Education, Cidade de Goa, Taj, where he leads academic administration, curriculum development, faculty mentoring, and institutional advancement.
