Luca

Luca Magni is Professor of Practice and Scientific Director of Healthcare, Pharma, and Biomedical Management Programs at Luiss Business School, Italy. He developed Learnable Theory, exploring how attention and language shape meaning, across a co-authored trilogy (2023–2025) and two recent books titled The Architecture of Meaning (2026) and The Lights and Shadows of Learnable (2026). He holds degrees in philosophy and organizational psychology and a PhD from Lancaster University.
