Dr. Eng. Ebrahim Eldesoky Elsayed (Senior Member, IEEE) is an Electronics and Communications Engineer and Laser Engineer. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Mansoura University, Egypt, and has published over 70 peer-reviewed articles. He has reviewed more than 3,700 papers for top journals, including IEEE, Nature, and Elsevier. He is a Senior Researcher at AUAC and an Associate Editor of IEEE IoT-J.
