Yoo Kyoung

Yoo Kyoung Park, full Protessor of Medical Nutrition at KyungHee University. Park completed her Bachelor and Master degree in the field ot Food and Nutrition from Yonsei University. Park then, moved to the U.S. and finished her Ph.D. at the Dept. of Food and Nutrition, from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Park spent over a decade researching on medical nutrition for the patients with various diseases, such as breast cancer, obesity, MetS and dementia. Her recent interest lies on nutrition for the elderly. She received several grants from the "Ministry of Health and Welfare· and "Food and drug Administration".
