This book takes the idea of China 's supply-side structural reform to solve the mismatch of factors as the core, and studies the transformation of resource-based cities from the perspective of supply-side structural reform, hoping to provide reference for the transformation of resource-based cities in the world by studying the dimension of factor reallocation of resource-based cities.
