Eng. Alauldeen Taher Najim (Technical advisor to the Iraqi Ministry of Water Resources) Consulting engineer has BSC in Civil Engineering of Basrah University (1989) and MSC in Water resources of Basrah University (2018), has a certificate in developing negotiation skills, conflict resolution and international water law. Director of water resources in Basrah Governorate. He worked as Executive Director of strategic Irrigation projects in the central and southern Governorates of Iraq, and several other positions, including director of the AL-Faw general company (Basrah branch) for litigation and drainage projects.
