Education: He pursues a PhD in International Economics at Hiroshima University, Japan. Prior to that he got an MA in Economics from the International University of Japan in 2014. Professional Experience: He is an economist at the National Bank of Cambodia, responsible for analyzing and reporting on the macro-level banking situation. Prior to this, from 2009 to January 2017, they worked as a Bank Supervisor in the Off-Site Department.
