Abdullah Mohammed

Dr. Abdullah Muhammad Al-Mutawa is a global authority on ethics in artificial intelligence with UNESCO at the United Nations, and a pioneering force in e-learning, robotics, deep learning, and quantum computing. As the Head of the Secretariat of the E-learning Officials Committee at the Universities and Higher Education Institutions of Arab Gulf Cooperation Countries, he has significantly influenced the direction of distance education in the region. He is an advisor to the former Minister of Education in Kuwait, a member of Kuwait University's academic body, and founder of key laboratories in AI and intelligent computing. Awarded the Sheikh Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah Award for AI Excellence in 2022, Dr. Mutawa earned his PhD in AI from Syracuse University, USA.
