Nopriadi Saputra is a scholarly practitioner He is a practitioner in strategic human resource management at Supreme Learning International (Sinarmas Group) as well as lecturer and researcher of management at BINUS Business School. He has professional experience for more than 25 years in providing learning program in many private, state-owned, and multi-national companies in Indonesia. As management researcher, he has many collaborative research with various lecturers from various universities. During COVID-19 era, he has conducted many studies about work-from-home productivity, online learning experience in higher education, and resilience on multi social system.
